Maybe the high costs and head aches involved with tearing out and replacing old concrete have you looking for other options? Manicured Concrete is committed to giving you the best looking and most durable floor at the lowest possible price. We've listed below some average prices for some of our most popular floors. However, please keep in mind, these are for planning purposes only. Because there are so many factors affecting the final price of a custom floor (square foot, texture, pattern, color design, sealer, surface prep), it is impossible to give a set price without first looking at the slab or a set of prints. These prices can fluctuate up or down depending on the difficulty of custom work, available discounts, and options chosen.

CSS Sealer - Included in Price
A 53% solid, clear, methyl-methacrylate based sealer.

WCS Sealer - Included in Price
Waterborne Concrete Sealer. A 37% solid, acrylic clear sealer.

PT1 Clear Epoxy - $1.00/sq ft
A true "water clear" finish that will not amber indoors and is 100% VOC free.

AUS Satin/Gloss Aliphatic Urethane Sealer - $0.50/sqft
Extremely high abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. A 50% solid, clear urethane sealer.

Crack Treatment - $2.00/linear foot
This is NOT a repair. Includes chasing cracks and filling with high-strength epoxy/sand mixture. Cracks MAY reappear.

Pattern - $1.00/sq ft
Border - $2.00/linear foot
Logos and Custom Scoring - Call for Quote
2 Layers of Cardboard for Protection - $0.50/sq ft
Power Wash and Seal (One Coat) - $0.75/sq ft
Power Wash and Seal (Two Coats)- $1.25/sq ft

All projects will have a minimum of two payments. Standard payments will be 50% due when the contract is signed and the final 50% is due upon completion. Some projects may require multiple draws if different parts of the project are installed at different times. To ensure all materials are paid in full, the initial payment will always be 50% of the total amount, no matter how many payments are agreed upon. No exceptions.
